Anemia

I was diagnosed as Anemia...

I am taking the medicine. It is Ferrous.

Each tablet is very small but it makes me good condition.

I hope it is enough amount for my baby and me. 

I cannot change the direction of this photograph. 

I found two good restaurants in Southampton

I went to a restaurant with some of my husband's colleagues at the end of last month.

I could not find the restaurant or bar which has a good taste meals in Southampton so far.

I think (maybe you know) UK has not so delicious foods...

But finally I found a nice restaurant!!! 

This is the T-bone steak for my husband. He could eat everything♪　without bone.

The taste was really nice♪

 The restaurant was small and cute.

 This is the name of the restaurant. There were many kind of wine.

And I also found the other restaurant which has good meals. I have eaten in the restaurant once. But I just ate a salad because of the diet(^_^;)　so I couldn't feel the restaurant has good taste or not.

I went to this restaurant again yesterday. And I ate "Spaghetti Carbonara".　That was tasty like I eat that in Japan.

I was very happy I could find two nice restaurants♪

About Midwife

I met my midwife just 4 times in the Surgery before now.
When I was 12 weeks pregnant, I met her for the first time with my husband.
She always speak us very soft and kind when we met.

I booked next medical examination at 7th of September, but I had a problem to need her help yesterday.
Because my husband and I will go to the travel to Germany next week end.
I already booked the airplane but I found the important information on the British Airways website.
The website said it is necessary to carry a letter from doctor or midwife, stating the pregnancy is uncomplicated and conforming the expected date of delivery if my pregnancy has entered it's 28th week.

The date when we planed to go to Germany is I will be 28 weeks pregnant.

I asked my husband about that problem in a hurry. And then I sent a text mail to my midwife at 5 pm. I thought I will get a call or email from midwife next day...

I did something alone at home and ...  I received a call form midwife at 7 pm. She said she will bring the letter for me soon.
What a quick response!!! I was very happy to have a good-hearted support.
I got this letter. I will just carry it to my travel.

When I went to the Surgery at first, I got this Pregnancy Information note.
Maybe all pregnant in UK has the same note as this(*^_^*)

26 weeks pregnant

My stomach is getting big. 

I took this picture today. My stomach is the right side of the picture. It is not my bottom (*^_^*)

My friends in UK except Japanese said my stomach is small. I am not sure it is normal or not.
Maybe it is normal in Japan.

The morning sickness was finished at the end of 6 months.
I am doing exercise a little when I feel good.

I will start to buy some stuffs for my baby soon　(^-^)ノ~~

Blue sky , blue sea ♪♪♪

These pictures were the view of the Malaga from the motorway.

It just like we can jump into the sea. The sea color was pretty blue differently from England one.

The mountains view was also difference from England. It was a little higher and wood-shorter than England one. 

I wanted see the contrast of the white houses and blue sea like this. That was amazing !

We saw these view from the mountain while traveling to Ronda.

I really love the view of the sea.

There was a beautiful long beach near our hotel.  We can went there on foot.
Almost of the people spoke Spanish.

There were several shops and cafes, restaurants in the beach.

But the beach was very wide so it took me carefree.

I heard many Europe people want to sunburn because people want to get the proof that they had a vacation in the resort. I have never found the cream for whiting in UK's supermarket. (maybe I can find them online)
People care just crinkle. Actually European has more crinkle than Asian.
They envy me that I have a few crinkles. I envy them that they has a white skin.

Ronda in Spain

We visited to Ronda. We can get there around one and a half hours from Malaga.

The village was on the top of the high cliff. 

We walked about the small village. It was hot,  but it wan't humid.
We went down the slope made from stone...

We could see a nice view from the bottom like this.

And like this. We were sure we should go up the steps...

There was a hundred meters difference in height so the bridge beam was very long.
How can I make like that long beam?
And I said ...  If I live in the edge house of this village, and if I drop my laundry from the window, I should give up to find them.

There were many white houses in the village.

The church and the palm, blue sky were good contrast.

There were many tourists in this village. Some people did some shopping , some people did sightseeing , some people had a lunch.

I heard Spanish and a few French, a few English there.
I thought Spain is a very huge country so many Spanish visited there.

Madeleine

This is the first time I baked the Madeleine a little while ago.

I found a recipe that is easy to bake. I could finish to bake only 30 minutes.

They look not so good but they are delicious♪
